Kushmanda Avaleha

Kushmanda Avaleha is a traditional Ayurvedic avaleha (herbal jam) prepared per classical methods. The formulation uses Kushmanda (ash gourd) as a primary ingredient and also includes ghee, almonds, spices and saffron. How to use

Take 10–20 grams twice a day with milk or as directed by a doctor.
