What is 'My Account'?
Your personal dashboard to manage profile details, addresses, passwords, and view order history with real-time tracking.
Do I need an account to shop?
No, but creating one offers faster checkout, order tracking, Wishlist, and personalized recommendations.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You'll receive an email with complete order details once payment is authorized.
How do I track my order?
Log in to 'My Account' > 'Orders' for live updates. You'll also receive tracking via email/SMS.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Only if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact customer support immediately for assistance.
Gift Wrapping
Available at ₹25 per order

Delivery charges:
- ₹40 below ₹299
- Free on ₹299+
Estimated delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–5 days
- Non-metro: 5–7 days
- Remote areas: 7–14 days (India Post)
Can I change my delivery address?
Only before dispatch. Contact support immediately.
Why can't you deliver to my area?
Legal restrictions or non-serviceable PIN codes by our courier partners.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently—domestic delivery only.
How are products packaged?
Waterproof, tamper-proof packaging with bubble wrap for fragile items.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
How do I request a return/replacement?

- Issue description

When will I receive my refund?
Within 7 working days after product pickup and quality verification.
What items are non-returnable?
Consumables (powders, tablets) and opened wellness products due to hygiene/safety standards.
