You’ll also receive tracking updates via email/SMS.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can
only be cancelled/modified before dispatch.

are final and inclusive of taxes.

- Free delivery on orders ₹299 and above
3. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Pay in cash
when your order is delivered.
- ₹50 COD handling charge applies
- Not applicable for gift-wrapped orders
4. Is my card/payment information safe?
Absolutely.

encryption.
Fraud checks and ID verification may be conducted if needed for your safety.

1. What are your delivery charges?
- ₹40 for orders
below ₹299
- Free delivery for orders ₹299 or more
2. What is the estimated delivery time?
- Metro cities: 3–5
business days
- Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–14 days (via India Post)
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Only possible if the
order hasn't been dispatched. Contact customer support promptly.
4. Why is delivery unavailable in my area?
Reasons may include:
- Legal restrictions on certain products
- Non-serviceable PIN codes by our courier partners
5. Do you ship internationally?
Not at
present. Domestic delivery only.
