Return & Replacement Policy – Kamdhenu Laboratories

At Kamdhenu Laboratories, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products. Due to the sensitive nature of our items, our policy is designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Note: Products that are opened or used are not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging or tampered seals

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Share the Following

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/videos of product and packaging (in case of damage/defect)

Our team will evaluate and respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued after product inspection (if applicable)
  • To the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

Prepaid Orders (Card/UPI/Wallets):

  • Refunded to the original payment method
  • May take an extra 2–3 days to reflect in your account

COD Orders:

  • Refunded via bank transfer
  • You must email us your bank details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, A/C No., IFSC)
  • Refund will be processed 5–7 business days after we receive the product and bank details

Important Conditions:

  • If delivery fails after 2 attempts, refund will be issued after deducting shipping and RTO charges
  • If you provide an incorrect address or phone number and fail to correct it before dispatch, refund will be issued after deducting shipping and RTO charges

6. Replacements

  • Free replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be provided

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • No cancellations allowed after dispatch

This policy is subject to the applicable laws of India, including relevant consumer protection regulations. No refunds will be made in cash.


Additional Terms & Customer Assurance

1. Returns Not Guaranteed for Subjective Reasons

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as dislike of taste, fragrance, color, or lack of expected results, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Customer Responsibility

Repeated return or refund requests from the same customer may be reviewed. Kamdhenu Laboratories reserves the right to decline future orders or returns in case of policy abuse.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

5. Bulk & Institutional Orders

This Return Policy applies only to direct retail customers. For bulk or institutional (B2B) orders, returns and replacements will be governed by separate terms and agreements.

6. Exchange Instead of Return

In select cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy exchange for another product of similar value, subject to product availability and approval.
