Directions for Use

Take a small quantity (approx. 5–10 grams) of Payorin Manjan on your palm or directly on a soft, wet toothbrush or fingertip. Add water in make into a paste if taking it on palm
Gently massage or brush teeth and gums for 2–3 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Use twice daily or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
For external use only – oral application only.
