Take a small quantity (approx. 5–10 grams) of Payorin Manjan on your palm or directly on a soft, wet toothbrush or fingertip. Add water in make into a paste if taking it on palm

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Use twice daily or as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
