How to use Arjun Chaal powder?
Take 2-3 gm of Arjuna Chaal (bark) churna or as directed by the Physician. Add honey or water and take after lunch and dinner or as advised by the physician.
Take 3 to 6 grams of Arjuna chaal powder, boil it in 100ml water for 20 to 30 minutes or till the liquid has reached to half the quantity. Consume this drink daily in an empty stomach (before food).
